In 2021 we have exchanged, over the phone, during video-conferences, workshops, webinars and during professional events such as the CRM Meetings in Cannes, France and the Call&Contact Center in London, UK.
2022 starts with a direction “Toward the upcoming transformation of customer service” with the AKIO Meet-up.
Transform towards more simplicity, with call center software that makes life easier for customer support agents and client relation managers. Transform to improve customer experience with state-of-the-art technologies in the fields of omnichannel, collaboration and Artificial Intelligence.
So before the Stratégie Clients event in Paris in March 2022, a professional gathering we are all eager to join in person this year, I invite you to join the AKIO community for our annual Meet-up: the video-conferences and workshops, will take place on the 1st of February, to start together the Chinese year of the Tiger.
