From 15 to 20 September 2025, the French delegation to the G20 YEA will meet in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Every year, alongside the G20 summit, the G20 YEA (Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance) brings together a selection of innovative entrepreneurs and start-ups from the 20 member countries. On this occasion, Patrick Giudicelli, President of AKIO, will represent France to share an ambitious and responsible technological vision of the enhanced customer experience.
Patrick GIUDICELLI, President of AKIO, committed to an innovative, secure and responsible customer experience
A strategic focus on promoting responsible innovation
Every year, the G20 YEA brings together hundreds of entrepreneurs from G20 countries to discuss major economic, technological and societal issues. This year’s event in Johannesburg focuses on sustainability, innovation and social impact in a rapidly changing world.
Patrick GIUDICELLI fully embodies these values. A pioneer in the customer relations sector, he has been carrying out AKIO’s mission for 25 years: to make life easier for customer service representatives by reinventing the customer experience through a combination of performance, security and compliance. With akio.cx, the CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service), UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) and VoC (Voice of the Customer) software suite, AKIO enables companies to manage their multi-channel interactions (voice, email, chat, social media) in a unified environment that complies with regulatory requirements.
akio.cx is based on intelligent and collaborative technologies, integrating advanced AI features (Agent Assist and Interaction Analytics) to enhance the customer service agent’s capabilities. This innovative approach helps employees focus on what matters most: providing personalised, fast and reliable responses to customers, while benefiting from intelligent and contextual assistance.
Putting people and privacy at the heart of the customer experience
AKIO’s commitment goes beyond technology. Above all, it is about putting people back at the centre of interactions, while ensuring data security and regulatory compliance. In a context where trust is a key issue, akio.cx provides concrete guarantees: sovereign hosting, data protection, traceability, and compliance with international standards.
Representing France at the G20 Entrepreneurs Summit, Patrick GIUDICELLI highlights French expertise in customer relations and AKIO’s know-how, recognised for its ability to combine innovation and robustness. This international presence also provides an opportunity to exchange ideas with other leaders on best practices for strengthening the resilience and sustainability of organisations.
The decision to integrate AI is not intended to replace humans, but to enhance their capabilities. Thanks to assistance features, response suggestions, analytics and automation, augmented agents are more efficient and confident, resulting in a smoother and more satisfying customer experience.
A shared vision for the future
AKIO’s participation in the G20 YEA again this year demonstrates our ambition to support companies in developing more ethical, effective and secure customer relationships. Beyond borders, we affirm our commitment to a model of innovation that respects employees, customers and regulations.
By bringing this vision to Johannesburg, Patrick GIUDICELLI is helping to strengthen France’s image as an innovative and responsible country, while opening up new opportunities for international exchange and collaboration.
