Akio Voice Studio is a voice scenario development workshop which has been created to simplify the development of customer journeys on the interactive voice response. Akio Voice Studio has a simple, visual interface that does not require any IT skills to use.

Text to speech sound message management
Akio Voice Studio works with the main actors on the market, in full independence to provide sound messages in text to speech.
Customer voice journey management
Managers have full autonomy to add, modify or delete menus and nodes from their voice tree structure.
Opening/closing window management
The opening times for your customer service department and the impact on the activation of the IVR or call transfer may also be managed in the studio directly by the manager
Transfer to the queue
In the studio, the manager can programme the queueing of the call, depending on its type, in Akio’s multi-channel ACD, which will distribute it to an adviser according to his skills and availability.
Routing according to the call’s geo-location
You may also decide to create your voice tree structure based on the geo-location of your incoming calls.
Advanced statistical management for browsing in the scenario
Akio Voice Studio works with Akio Voice Portal, Akio’s interactive voice response.
