Self-Service in natural language
Akio Voice Portal integrates powerful speech recognition and text to speech tools. These tools enable callers to access information such as order monitoring, account consultation and so on.
Akio Voice Portal lets you route and transfer your calls to natural language self-service or to an adviser according to your configuration in the studio via the multi-channel ACD.
Akio Voice Portal retrieves callers’ telephone numbers automatically and transfers them to Akio’s multi-channel customer file.
Supervision and administration
Thanks to the web mode administration and supervision functions, Akio Voice Portal can be managed by remote and in real time. You can establish and limit the number of voices per service, authorise users (up to 3 levels), receive SNMP alerts (saturation, telephone network failure, VXML page error) shutdown and progressive start-up.
Real time and deferred statistics and activity reports
The supervisor accesses the status and number of voices on their floor in real time (busy, free, incoming, outgoing, etc.), the type and duration of the calls, the VXML pages in progress, etc…
In deferred, the manager can see the average call duration, the volume, the call routing, the activity by tree structure node and so on.
All the statistics can be exported to CSV and PDF.
Akio Voice Portal works with Akio Voice Studio, the voice scenario creation workshop.
