Akio Social Interaction is the application that lets you integrate the “social” channel into your contacts’ web journey. This application provides you with full control over your presence on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter: you can talk to users and collect information about them.
The Akio Social Interaction is integrated into Akio UIC and has the following features:
Interactions with your contacts on your company’s Facebook and Twitter pages are controlled and managed simply. You can easily set up a private community area to let your customers talk about your products.
Alerts to community managers are generated automatically from semantic analysis of what surfers say in Facebook.
A publisher module lets you organise how you publish interventions on your social networks.
Publications on your networks may be submitted to the Akio Social Interaction analysis engine to accept, reject or modify messages without the moderator’s intervention.
Information collection and analysis
Surfers may be identified by this module and the data from exchanges on networks be collected, used and analysed in Akio.
