Incoming email management
Akio Mail Center is the reference application for all those involved in customer relationship. It lets you manage and process all of your incoming emails from a unified, intuitive and collaborative multi-channel interface.
Integrated into Akio UIC, Akio Mail Center has the following features:
Sorting and routing of incoming emails to advisers
The incoming emails are analysed automatically in order to be distributed to a universal wait queue by Akio’s multi-channel ACD.
Internal or external request transfer
The emails received may be transferred to another adviser, an in-house expert or an external operator.
Akio Mail Center offers several response assistance tools to improve advisers’ performance: access to the knowledge base (by keyword or browsing in the multi-channel tree structure), a shortcut code to an answer or direct access to the 5 most relevant responses suggested by Akio’s artificial intelligence engine.
Email and link opening tracking
The opening of emails and links present in messages is detected and recorded in the customer file and in your file history.
Spelling and grammar corrector
Spelling and grammar mistakes in French are detected and corrected to increase the quality of the answers you send.
Complete exchange history
All of your multi-channel interactions, including attachments, are saved in the multi-channel contact file.
Checking of answers sent
The message preview, qualification and validation functions let you check the quality of your outgoing messages.
Akio Mail Center offers 200 statistical reports as standards. Customised reports are created very simply, by data cube, with “drag and drop”.
